O’Hare has many ways of getting into Chicago with it being served by mass transit lines, regional trains and buses, downtown and suburban shuttles and interstate highways. The air transit service will whisk you around the various parts of the airport. Blue Line CTA departs every 8 to 10 minutes and gets you into the centre of Chicago in about 45 minutes for a few dollars (plus 25c if you want to make a transfer). The Metra service goes to about ten different communities around Lake and Nmorthern Cook counties of Chicago and links with the airport. There are five trains a day at a cost of $3
For Midway Airport, Chicago the centre city is a mere 30 minutes away by the Orange Line (CTA) with bus, taxi and hotel shuttle options aswell
These airports are fully furnished with all types of things necessary for travellers comforts. There are shops, eateries and business services available to you and wonderful customer service that will leave you smiling.
There are lots of free shuttles from the hotels so check with yours to see if they offer one. You can also take a taxi or bus to get to and from the airport. If you want to rent a car there are lots of car rental agencies represented in the airport and picking up a hired car is no problem.
As you can see your flight to Chicago should go very smoothly. Once you’re in Chicago you won’t want to leave.
